Benefits for corporate subscribers

The Society welcomes as a corporate subscriber any organisation, large or small, that shares our aim of upholding editorial excellence. If you care about the quality of the written content – print or digital – that your organisation produces, you can show this by becoming an SfEP corporate subscriber.
We offer the following benefits to our corporate subscribers. The table below shows in detail how they are tailored to each subscription band:
- Editing Matters: Free copies of each issue of SfEP's bi-monthly magazine.
- Finding freelances and staff: Unlimited free, highly targeted advertisements for freelances or staff via SfEP's online announcement channel. This reaches virtually all members and associates. Advertisers are expected to take note of the SfEP code of practice, Ensuring editorial excellence.
- Training courses: 25% discount on the standard non-member rates for the wide range of SfEP courses (yearly limits apply – see table below).
- In-house training: Preferential rates for tailor-made in-house editorial training/CPD.
- Conference: 10% discount on standard non-member conference fees (limits apply – see table below), and 50% discount for one named delegate willing to contribute to the conference programme.
- Conference benefits: Special arrangements can be made available to corporate subscriber delegates – e.g. specific opportunities to meet freelances with relevant skills and expertise, tailored training or mini-'awaydays'. Particular preference will be given to activities that are also of direct potential benefit to SfEP members and associates.

Discounts for corporate subscriber staff who join the SfEP
Any editorial worker employed by a corporate subscriber is welcome to join the SfEP as an individual. For those who do, we offer the following discounts:
- If a corporate subscriber's employees coming to conference as delegates then join the SfEP as individuals at the time of booking or at the conference itself, they will benefit from a 50% discount on their first year's subscription.
- Any corporate subscriber's employees joining at any other time will benefit from a 20% discount on their first year's subscription.
